When you purchase printed documents and other products from IBF, we can also store your items for you. As a result, you can order in larger quantities for greater volume discounts.

If you know about how much of a document or item you'll need during a certain time period, we'll set up automatic releases. You just tell us the quantity you'll need and when, and we'll make sure you have them. For example, if you use about 1,000 catalogs per month, we can ship you 1,000 catalogs every month, storing the rest of your inventory in our facility.

If you need a more flexible shipment schedule, we can set you up with a self-service Web site. The site will display an up-to-date inventory of all the items we warehouse for you, and you can order shipments or re-prints quickly and easily.

QSCAN Warehouse Software

In order to manage our own inventory, IBF's IT experts have developed custom warehouse software known as QSCAN. After seeing how well it works, many of our customers have licensed QSCAN to use in their own warehouse facilities.

The only software of its kind that integrates with Quantum, QSCAN utilizes the bar-code scanning capabilities of Windows-based Pocket PC devices to track your inventory. It consists of four modules for receiving, inventory reconciliation, releasing, and delivery.
