10/01/2009

IBF, a Boise-based supplier of comprehensive business solutions, has earned a spot on the Print Solutions Magazine top ten list for mailing and fulfillment services. The Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA), which publishes the magazine, ranked US print distributorships based on their overall sales, as well as their performance in a number of different categories. For 2008, the PSDA named IBF number ten in the mailing and fulfillment category, the only company in Idaho or the Northwest to be rated so highly.

"We're thrilled to be recognized for our achievements in the mailing and fulfillment end of the printing industry," said Tressa McLaughlin, CEO of IBF. "But winning awards has never been our main goal. We've earned a reputation as the "go to" people by focusing on offering our clients business solutions that help them become more efficient and more profitable, such as our print and mail services."

One of IBF's most popular print and mail services is its W-2 and 1099 processing. Instead of enduring the hassles of printing, inserting and mailing annual tax forms, the company's clients simply send IBF an electronic file with the relevant data. IBF prints and mails the forms, making sure that their clients meet IRS deadlines and get the lowest possible postage rate. IBF also offers an e-W-2 option which allows employees to view and print their own W-2s online, saving employers even more money. Businesses that use IBF's tax forms services report that it reduces their overall costs and lowers the time involved by up to 65 percent.

In addition to its tax form solution, IBF also provides print and mail services for other types documents, including statements, invoices, newsletters, collection letters, surveys and marketing materials.

In 2008, IBF's sales of mailing and fulfillment services for all types of documents topped $1.7 million. The company's total sales reached $7 million, making it the fiftieth largest print distributor in the country according to the PSDA.
