07/23/2010
[June 1, 2010], Boise, ID—IBF, a Boise-based supplier of comprehensive business solutions, has won a printing contract for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Under the terms of the contract, IBF will oversee the printing of a variety of resources related to Idaho's immunization programs and store those materials in its warehouse. The company will then ship the materials directly to health care providers, schools, daycares and other organizations who order them from the state agency.
"IBF's unique capabilities are particularly well-suited to this type of project," noted IBF chief operating officer Tressa McLaughlin. "Not only can we offer outstanding prices on commercial printing, our warehousing and fulfillment capabilities really set us apart from our competitors."
As one of the largest print distributors in the Northwest, IBF has the buying power to offer exceptional pricing on printing projects. In addition, because the company has a very large warehouse for storing documents, IBF clients can order in greater quantities for larger volume discounts. IBF also offers very quick turnaround on fulfillment requests and an advanced online ordering system.
The materials IBF will be providing to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare include immunization record forms, booklets, brochures, flyers, and other resources. Clinics, schools, and other organizations can request the resources online from the department's Web site at http://healthandwelfare.idaho.gov and should receive their materials within a couple of days of placing the order.
"We're very excited about this opportunity to work with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare," McLaughlin said. "We're happy to be able to use our company's unique capabilities to provide this service to Idaho's families, schools, and healthcare organizations."
